Really fast twisty road with little traffic and lots of nice sweeping bends while heading for or from Roscoff ferry. A must if you are in this area!
très route et paysage et petit port magnifique et faire l ile de brehan
Quite straight until Rochefort then it becomes a really nice twisty ride.
Nice flowing road along the river.
Typical rural road of this region, with selection of different types of corners and some nice straights, no need to rush though, enjoy the area.
Nice sweeping little rural road through beautiful Bretagne
Enjoyable corners on this quiet road.
Another fast and scenic coastal ride.
A very enjoyable fast, coastal run to clear your head.
Callac to the motorway is really nice with loads of corners, after that less so.
Nice mixture of straights and medium speed corners.
A nice little road with some good sweepers
Very nice hill section, surface not perfect but good fun.
Ballade a travers la verdure, les marais, et la cote sauvage
I love this road as you are straight into some twistys just 30 mins from the ferry port of roscoff. Its a religion now to do this road coming off and heading to the ferry. Nice mix of straights and great corners.I met a car on that road once and only once virtually deserted and for police well I have never seen one.
This road passes through the Monts dArree area of the Finisterre region. Its a bit reminiscent of the Yorkshire Dales with its rounded hills. While not as challenging as the roads in the south of france, its still a pleasantly scenic bit of road.
Rural France at its best. Quiet well surfaced roads, interesting villages and some enthusiastic local bikers. Plenty of variation from long open sweepers to tight esses in a river valley. Many small roadside cafes to choose from. fast or slow a good alternative to the major roads.
Use the D790 out of the town to Quimperle. The road is pretty all of the way, the route has plenty of little villages to stop and buy supplies, the journey through the woods is excellent, although watch for cyclists as they favour this route also. Plenty of campsites can be found in Quimperle, the one on the outskirts by the massive supermarket looks bad, but is excellent.
It's been a while since I was there so the memory is a bit fuzzy and I don't recall if it's any good between Corlay and Pontivy. However it's a favourite for many bikers where I live (Jersey).
