This was my first Spanish road, within 30 minutes of leaving the Santander ferry we were up in these mountains, i couldn't believe the views, roads etc. I done it again this year heading back to Santander still great views no traffic but road surface starting to fall apart over the mountain section.
An awesome route that we managed to find where the road hugs the coastline. The road raises and lowers giving you great views across the bay whilst the road has great corners, some can be taken fast whilst others challenge you and keep your head on. Overall a great find and will be going back.
A nice romp through the Shropshire Hills. Nothing too challenging, just nice sweeping bends. Tarmac is a bit rough in places, but not enough to deter from the enjoyment.
Absolutely stunning piece of road - one of the best I've ridden anywhere in Europe. Classis mountain twisties, smooth tarmac, no traffic. It's hard to pick out one stretch of the N260/N152 route across the pyrenees as being the'best', but this is probably my favourite of the lot. You can really open up a big sports bike along here, but make sure your brakes are up to the job - they'll take a real hammering on the downhills.
One of the best roads I have ever ridden. Great road surface, great corners, no traffic at all and spectacular scenery. What else can a biker ask for?
